Located within the South Ormsby Estate, Wood Farm Poultry is home to a rare, native breed, the Lincolnshire Buff Chicken.
These birds are not only beautiful and historically significant, but they also play a vital role in educating future generations about sustainable food systems.
As part of The Farm School, we are passionate about educating visitors, students, and families about where food really comes from.
The hatchery offers a unique, hands on learning experience that brings the food journey to life, from egg to chicken to table.
