Wellbeing

The Mental Health Foundation states ‘our relationship with nature – how much we notice, think about and appreciate our natural surroundings – is critical in supporting good mental health and preventing distress.’

Spending time in nature is vital in keeping us emotionally, psychologically and physically healthy.

All our activities are based around being ‘outdoors’ and in nature.

The landscape is our canvas, flora and fauna, our subjects. We learn through observing and listening to our surroundings, taking time to just ‘be’.

We also welcome groups who wish to use The Farm School to base their activities such as;

  • Yoga
  • Mindfulness
  • Arts and crafts
  • Therapy
  • Counselling
