Gaining a sense of achievement, no matter how small it may appear to others, is vital for building self-esteem and value.  

All our programmes are built around working towards goals. These can be shared learning outcomes, or personal goals set for individuals. A record of achievement and awards given at the end of the programmes help to record and celebrate these achievements.  

For older children, or adults looking to build their skills, achievement can be based around employability, allowing them to build a bank of transferable and vital Green skills and be provided with a reference to support employment.
