A concept connecting consumers to producers.
This concept underpins all we do at The Farm School. Whilst our daily tasks are centered around providing the highest standards of welfare for our animals, this serves to ensure that the food that ends up our plates has been ethically, responsibly and sustainably produced.
Providing our service users with an appreciation of how food is produced and the work that goes into that should lead to a more conscious consumer.
The Farm School will produce meat, fruits and vegetables for the local community to benefit from, having been reared by the very people who take part in The Farm School programmes and activities.
